Lip whip perfector is the ultra-luxe answer to your lip exfoliation and prep needs. It can be used as a gentle scrub or a hydrating mask. Beyond its moisturising properties, the perfector is an excellent formula for removing existing lip colour and prepping the lips prior to product application.
